How to Install Lineage OS 13.0 on Huawei P8 Lite

Install TWRP Recovery

1. First, install a custom recovery. If you already had a custom recovery installed on your device then skip this step.
2. Enable USB Debugging on your smartphone in the following ways: Settings > Developer Options > USB Debugging. If you can’t see the developer options in Settings, enable it by following this path: Settings > About Phone (tap on the Build Number for 5-7 times to enable it).
3. Turn off your phone, you’ll need to flash TWRP recovery for Android Nougat. If you already have it, you can jump right to Step 10.
4. Copy the TWRP image in the same folder where you installed ADB fastboot.
5. Connect Your Huawei P8 Lite to the PC using a USB cable.
6. Inside the folder ADB fastboot, press Shift + right-click and select Open Command Windows Here. 
   
7. After his command window appears, simply type the command: adb devices 
   
8. The above command is to check whether you are successfully connected P8 Lite or not. If you are connected, please enter Fastboot mode by typing the command: adb reboot bootloader 
   
9. This will boot your device into the bootloader mode.
10. Now flash the recovery image using the following command: fastboot flash recovery twrp-3.0.2-nougat.img 
    

Step to Install Lineage OS 13.0 on Huawei P8 Lite

1. First, download  Download the Stock ROM Lineage OS 13.0 on Huawei P8 Lite from above and extract it then save it on your device.
2. Now Boot your device into Recovery mode.
3. Select Wipe from TWRP main menu and do a Swipe to Factory Reset on the bottom of screen.
4. Go back to TWRP main menu, tap on Install and select the Lineage OS .zip file that you transferred to your P8 Lite in Step 1.
5. After selecting the .zip file, do Swipe to Confirm Flash on the bottom of screen to begin the custom ROM installation process. This may take some time.
6. Once your ROM is successfully flashed, you’ll see Wipe cache/Dalvik option, select it and then do Swipe to wipe on bottom of screen.
7. Now flash the Marshmallow Gapps file similarly, just the way flashed the ROM file.
8. After flashing both Lineage OS and Gapps, reboot your P8 Lite.
9. Done!
